Electromagnetic inductive sensors for use in high temperatures [IMM1, IMH2, IMU2]
Electromagnetic inductive sensors for use in high temperatures [IMM1, IMH2, IMU2]
These electromagnetic inductive sensors are capable of measuring center positions of strips at the high accuracy of ±5 mm in high-temperature heat treatment processes.
They have a structure designed for long-time operation and to be maintenance-free.
Features
Two electromagnetic inductive sensors are positioned vertical to the pass level and symmetrically around the line center on the same plane for use in measuring strip center positions.
The sensor features highly accurate measuring performance in high temperature zones, imperceptibility against steam impact in furnaces, a maintenance free design, and other special features. 300 units have been installed worldwide.
