Hydraulic actuators (high torque)
(Rated value: 100 Nm to 6,500 Nm)
Actuators that use hydraulic power to output high torque, and operate quickly at high operating speed.
They are mainly used to operate large valves in steel and sewage-treatment plants, such as blow-off valves and inlet vanes.

Pressure-sensitive part electric type

Hydraulic actuators operated by the instruction of external instrumentation signal (4-20 mA).

Type using electromagnetic valve as switching part

This type switches hydraulic circuits using an electromagnetic valve.
●Features
The unloaded hydraulic circuit system reduces oil temperature rise and slows deterioration of hydraulic oil.
The number of parts that require maintenance is few, making maintenance and inspections easier.
Good operation accuracy due to electric control.

HOP series

Maximum torque: 100 Nm to 10,000 Nm
Compact actuator with E/E positioner, hydraulic channel switching valve, hydraulic pump, cylinder, etc.

SST series

Maximum torque: 1,500 Nm to 4,500 Nm
Developed by upgrading the HOP series hydraulic actuator with solenoid operated selector valve to higher-speed, higher-accuracy and higher-torque actuator

 

Type using jet pipe as switching part

This type switches hydraulic circuits using a jet pipe.
●Features
The full-load hydraulic circuit system keeps output torque constant regardless of load (pressing is possible when fully closed).
Smooth operation, and constant holding and operating torque
Relatively resistant to hydraulic oil contamination.

EOP series

Maximum torque: 300 Nm to 10,000 Nm
Actuator capable of receiving instrumentation signals such as 4-20 mA and bringing out mechanical motion as rotation of the operation axis or rectilinear motion of the axis in proportion to the instrumentation signals.

SOP series

Maximum torque: 300 Nm to 10,000 Nm
High precision and quick response enabled via a servo system incorporating electrical feedback and a servo amplifier instead of a mechanical restoration mechanism.

Hydraulic actuators that operate by receiving the signals necessary for control with a built-in diaphragm.

Type using jet pipe as switching part

This type switches hydraulic circuits using a jet pipe.

Actuators using AC or DC motors
They are mainly used to control air conditioning dampers and small valves.

CMP series

Maximum torque: 20 Nm
Positioning motor that receives instrumentation signals such as 4-20 mA, and operates in proportion to the signals.
Power-supply voltage: AC100V/AC200V

EEP series

Maximum torque: 20 Nm to 50 Nm
Electric actuator operated by single-phase AC power supply
It is used in combination with a PEC series controller.
Power-supply voltage: AC24V/AC100V/AC200V


Pressure-sensitive part direct-pressure type

Electric actuators that control dampers and valves by inputting room pressure or furnace pressure to the built-in pressure sensor

PEC-X series

Maximum torque: 20 Nm to 50 Nm
Linkage-connected type actuator that control differential pressure between rooms such as clean rooms
Digital control device with built-in microcomputer
Power-supply voltage: AC24V/AC100V/AC200V

RDP series

Maximum torque: 20 Nm to 50 Nm
Wall-mounted type actuator that controls differential pressure between rooms
The damper has built-in motor, pressure sensor, pressure indicator, and control board.

PEC-S series

Maximum torque: 20 Nm to 50 Nm
Actuator directly connected to shaft that controls differential pressure in clean rooms and manufacturing equipment
Power-supply voltage: DC24V/AC100V/AC200V

PEC-50 series

Linkage-connected type actuator used mainly for furnace pressure control
