The rooftop court at headquarters allows you to enjoy futsal during lunch breaks for a short time, no matter your age. Employees age 20 to 50 enjoy the excitement of futsal.
Employees also gather to play after work.
On holidays, we invite group companies for a tournament.
There is also a shower room, so you can sweat all you want!
You can sweat during lunch to be refreshed for afternoon work.

Seiritsu Farm

Seiritsu Farm is for short breaks during work and to strengthen the familiarity among employees who do not regularly work together. The aim is to create an enjoyable place at the workplace that is not related to work. We grow vegetables in planters in the parking lot for summer barbecues.
Employees of all ages, including new workers and veterans, enjoy working together to grow and harvest vegetables.

Office vegetables

Do you get enough vegetables every day?
Since 2023, it is possible to buy salads and fruits at the office.
You can easily buy fruit for dessert after lunch or salads for balanced nutrition in the office.

Barbecues

It gets warmer and warmer in July.
We hold an HQ BBQ in the truck yard.
The goal is to have more communication among employees and provide an opportunity to strengthen familiarity and create positive relationships.
Through a series of tasks such as preparations and cleaning, you can have fun as you uncover your aptitude and growth for things outside of your regular work.
