Ratio control valve [RCV series]

Valve that maintains the difference between a variable reference pressure and the fluid pressure to be controlled

A ratio control valve is a valve to control two fluids to keep the differential pressure between them constant.
The ratio control valve, which has no power source, is designed so that the fluid pressure on the reference side, which is applied to the bellows, opposes against the fluid pressure on the following side, and that the fluid pressure on the following side is higher by the same value as the setting spring.
An inner valve is connected to the bellows, and when a difference occurs between the differential pressure between the fluids on the reference and following sides and the setting pressure, the bellows expands or contract and the inner valve moves.
The inner valve changes the flow rate of the fluid on the following side by changing the degree of valve opening to adjust the pressure so that it is always higher by the same value as the setting pressure.
As described above, this is a self-operating control valve that uses differential pressure to operate the valve, which is a unique and novel control valve.
Steam and air atomizing burners are used to burn heavy fuel oil in boilers, etc. This valve is effective in maintaining good combustion conditions by ensuring that the pressure of atomizing steam or air is kept a little higher than the pressure of heavy fuel oil.
